1. Verwerkingstijd van bestellingen

Bestellingen worden doorgaans binnen 24 uur verwerkt. 1-3 werkdagen verwerkt. Nadat de betaling is bevestigd.

Werkdagen zijn exclusief weekenden en feestdagen.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Time

We offer international shipping to most countries and regions.

Estimated delivery time starts from the date your order is shipped, not from the date the order is placed.

For Europe, the 3–7 business day delivery estimate currently applies to the United Kingdom, Germany, and France. Delivery to other European countries may take longer and may be handled under “Rest of World.”

3. Verzendkosten

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, shipping address, and available shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be clearly shown on our website or at checkout.

4. Douane, invoerrechten en importbelastingen

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country or region.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Apexel does not control customs charges and cannot predict the final amount. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

5. Order volgen

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

You can use the tracking link to check the latest delivery status of your package.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been shipped.

6. Possible Shipping Delays

We do our best to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time. However, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Bad weather or natural disasters
  • Douane-inklaring vertragingen

Apexel is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as “Delivered.”

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and secure before placing your order.

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
  • Check around your delivery location
  • Contact the local carrier or post office with your tracking number
