At Apexel, we stand behind the quality of our products. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 60 dagen of delivery for a refund.
1. Retourvoorwaarden
Je beschikt over 60 days from the date you receive your item(s) een terugkeer in gang te zetten.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
- Returned with all accessories, manuals, tags, and included parts
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Shipping & Prepaid Labels
Return shipping arrangements may vary depending on the reason for the return and the shipping destination.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by our error, Apexel will cover the return shipping cost and provide a return solution at no cost to you.
For returns due to change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Internationale zendingen: Due to multiple handling stages in international shipping and the need to protect fragile items such as optical lenses, prepaid return labels may not be available for some international orders. In these cases, our support team will provide return instructions, and the customer may be required to arrange return shipping with a reliable carrier.
Please do not ship any item back without contacting us first.
3. Retourproces

Email ons op support@shopapexel.com within the 60-day return window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Our support team will review your request and respond within 1-2 werkdagen verwerkt. with return instructions. If a prepaid return label is applicable, we will provide one.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.
4. Refunds & Shipping Costs
Refunds are handled based on the reason for the return:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund according to the return reason and item condition.

5. Beschadigde, defecte of onjuiste artikelen
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopapexel.com.

- Photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution at no cost to you.
